よくテレビなんかで見かける合図ですね、これ。

簡単に「Q」と書くようですが、実際には cue です。

pool も「プールバー」なんていいますから（今は使わないかな？）、おわかりだと思います。

ビリヤードは、このスヌーカーから派生したゲームだそうです。

赤玉を15個、それに他の色の玉をいくつか使うそうで、イギリスでは人気のゲームらしいです。

ま、いずれにしても cue は「玉突きゲーム」で使うスティックのことですね。
